This software is used in counter strike server used for reducing lag which enables the to feel less lag . First extract it anywhere and paste it in addons of your counter strike server's folder after all add this line "win32 addons\WINHL-boosterV1.7\DLLS\booster_mm.dll" in the plugin.ini of your metamod server folder . Restart your server and write in admin console "meta list" for checking your booster is runin or not .
