How to show your server to internet (cs 1.6)

I heard to many cs player that they had made a cs server which shows with ip but  not in the internet tab . If you want to show your server in internet tab simply write some of these ip in your server.cfg of your server :
                                                           setmaster add 69.28.151.162
setmaster add 72.165.61.189
setmaster add 207.173.177.11
setmaster add 65.73.232.251:27040
setmaster add 65.73.232.253:27040
setmaster add 207.173.177.12:27010
